Rik Nonelle, Founder and President
Rik is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in home services and franchising. He started the Window Genie brand in 1994, began franchising in 1998, and has overseen the development into 25 states and national rankings in both system growth and franchisee satisfaction. His vision is to build Window Genie into THE brand in the industry.
David Flax, VP of Operations
David stepped into the role as Window Genie’s VP of Operations after successfully building and then selling the Window Genie franchise he and his wife Jennifer operated in Atlanta from 2010 – 2019. As Window Genie’s new VP of Operations, David is responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the operations of Window Genie in support of the policies, goals and objectives established by the President. He guides the Operations team to help increase average unit volume (AUV) per franchise location. Implements processes and systems to gain efficiencies, ensure quality and maintain the Window Genie value proposition.
Dan Glaser, VP of Franchise Development
Dan began working for Neighborly Brands in 2007 and has done franchise recruiting for several of the brands within Neighborly. In 2016, He came on board with the Window Genie team and now leads the franchise development department. Dan is responsible for interviewing potential franchise owner candidates in open territories and guiding them through the mutual evaluation process.
Ken Fisk, Director of Technical Services
Ken has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, vendor procurement, processes and systems and 18 years of experience in the home services business and franchising. He started with Window Genie in July 2001 and has since successfully opened 75+ locations and helped support more
Travis Lionberger, Franchise Business Coach
Travis has 9 years of franchise experience, both from a franchisee and franchisor perspective. As a franchise business coach, he is responsible for operations, financials, marketing and systems consulting with franchisees. His role includes providing brand awareness, training, and understanding software systems that encourages franchisees and their associates to realize their profit potential in and ethical and respectable manner.
Kyle Mahoney, Franchise Business Coach
Kyle Mahoney, Franchise Business Coach Kyle joined the Window Genie team in October 2018. Kyle’s goal is to coach franchisees on the path to profitability by increasing sales revenue, improving field efficiencies and fine tuning their business operations. His responsibilities are to effectively communicate and develop relationships with the franchise owners, support their efforts to increase AUV, and help increase sales revenue.
Bryan Weich, Franchise Training Specialist
Brian was born into the window cleaning industry, working for his family’s window cleaning business since age 15. After high school, he served I the United States Marine Corps for four years before moving to Charlotte with his wife. It was in Charlotte that he began working for the local Window Genie franchise, first as the lead tech and then Operations Manager. He joined the Window Genie corporate staff in 2018 as the Franchise Training Specialist. He is responsible for technical support, field visits and training.
Debbie Owens, Sure Start Coordinator
Debbie began working with Rik in 1997 so she could assist him in starting to franchise the company. Her focus today is to work with new owners from the time that they sign the franchise agreement through about 60 days after they open. The Sure Start Coordinator introduces the new owner to all things Window Genie! With weekly meetings, she keeps them focused on the tasks that are most important in building their business’ foundation and getting them ready for Grand Opening so they can ultimately achieve their business goals.
Erin McDermott, Communications Manager: Window Genie, Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman
Erin has served as Communications Manager for Window Genie since January 2012. Her major roles and responsibilities include internal communications, public relations, content creation, social media promotion and online reputation management. Since the Neighborly acquisition in 2016, she has also worked with Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, Molly Maid and Mr. Handyman.
Michele Carroccio, Brand Manager
As Brand Manager Michele is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Window Genie brand, managing the MAP fund and implementing programs that build Window Genie brand awareness.
Brian Stevens, Social Media Manager
Brian Stevens joined Window Genie in 2015. His main responsibilities including managing the social media marketing strategy, content calendar, ad campaigns, promotions and day-to-day activities. His goal is to present relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. Brian also researches and writes the Window Genie blog.
Jamie Minnick, Executive Assistant
Jamie joined Window Genie in 2018. Her responsibilities are to assist and support the team at corporate, particularly the President and Vice President of Operations, by coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, expense reports and any other administrative duties. She is the leader for the coordination and preparation for the annual Neighborly Reunion event. She also coordinates future franchise orientation and new franchise owner training events making sure Window Genie guests are well cared for during their stay at the corporate office.
